Case report

A 23-year-old woman (G1P0) presented to our department at 24 weeks of gestation. During our ultrasonographic examination we had found following findings:
患者23岁，G1P0，孕24周来我处就诊。我们超声检查发现：

Case report
A 23-year-old woman (G1P0) presented to our department at 24 weeks of gestation. During our ultrasonographic examination we had found a mass protruding out of the fetal mouth. The parents opted for the termination of the pregnancy. Histological examination of the mass revealed a rare diagnosis corresponding to theforegut duplication cyst of the oral cavity.
患者23岁，G1P0，孕24周来我处就诊。我们超声检查发现胎儿口部向外凸起的肿块。患者同意终止妊娠，病理学证实为罕见的口腔前肠重复囊肿。
Images 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5: 24 weeks of gestation; the images show sagittal scans of the fetal face with a mass protruding out of the fetal mouth. The mass was predominantly solid mass with small cystic components located dorsally.
图像显示胎儿面部肿块，从口部向外凸起，主要为实质性回声，内部靠后处可见囊性成分。

Image 6: 24 weeks of gestation; the image shows a series of scans through the fetal mouth with a mass protruding out of the fetal mouth. The mass is predominantly solid but some small cystic components can also be observed.
图像显示胎儿口部向外凸起肿块的多层图像，主要为实质性，但也可见到部分较小囊性成分。

Images 7, 8, 9, 10: 24 weeks of gestation; 3D images showing the mass protruding out of the fetal mouth.

Images 11, 12, 13, and 14: Pathological images showing the fetus and the mass corresponding to the foregut duplication cyst protruding out of the oral cavity.
产后图片显示胎儿及其口部肿块，符合口腔前肠重复囊肿。
