Case report
22-year-old G1P0 was sent to our unit at 22 weeks. Our ultrasonographic examination revealed following findings:
患者22岁，G1P0，孕22周来我处就诊，超声检查有如下表现：

Case report
22-year-old G1P0 was sent to our unit at 22 weeks due to abnormal hypoechoic structure within fetal abdomen. Our ultrasonographic examination revealed following findings:
- fetal bradycardia 59-75 beats per minute;
- dilated and twisted midgut loop with twisted mesenteric vessels (depicted by color Doppler and 3D/4D Doppler techniques).
The findings were suspected of midgut volvulus. The parents opted for the termination of the pregnancy and following pathological study has confirmed the findings.
患者22岁，G1P0，孕22周来我处就诊，超声检查有如下表现：
-胎儿心动过缓，心率59-75次/分
-中肠扩张扭转，肠系膜血管扭转（彩色多普勒和三维四维所见）
基于上述表现，我们考虑为中肠扭转，患者选择终止妊娠，并经病理证实。
Images 1, 2, and video 1: The images and video demonstrate fetal bradycardia detected at the level of the middle cerebral artery (image 1), umbilical artery (image 2), and four chamber view of the heart (video 1).
大脑中动脉水平（图1）、脐动脉（图2（和四腔心切面（视频1）均可发现胎儿心动过缓

Images 3, 4, and video 2: The images show normal size and position of the fetal stomach (image 3, video 2) and normal appearance of the fetal kidneys (image 4).
胎儿胃泡大小位置正常（图3和视频2），胎儿肾脏形态正常（图4）

Images 5, 6: The images demonstrate dilated loop of fetal bowel.
图像显示胎儿肠管扩张

Images 7, 8: The images show coronal 2D and 3D scan of the fetal abdomen with twisted dilated loop of bowels representing midgut volvulus.
胎儿腹部冠状面二维和三维图像显示中肠肠管扩张扭转

Videos 3, 4, 5, and 6: 22 weeks - midgut volvulus of the fetus; the videos show dilated and twisted bowel loops with twisted vessels inside the loop.
孕22周时中肠扭转，视频显示肠管扩张，肠管内血管扭转

Images 9, 10, 11: 22 weeks - midgut volvulus of the fetus; the images show 3D scans of the dilated and twisted bowel loops (white arrows on the images 10) with twisted mesenterial vessels (green arrows on the image 10).
孕22周，胎儿中肠扭转的三维图像，可见肠管扩张扭转（图10的白箭头所示），以及肠系膜血管扭转（图10的绿色箭头）
