颅脑超声在新生儿颅内出血诊断中的价值
【摘要】目的：探讨颅脑超声在新生儿颅内出血诊断中的应用价值。方法：选取2014年1月-2015年5月来我院接受诊治的疑似有颅内出血的新生儿120例，同时进行超声和CT检查，探讨两种检查方法对颅内出血的检出率，同时分析患儿构成和患儿超声表现。结果：120例新生儿共检出颅内出血64例，检出率为53.33%；超声检出率为95.31%，CT检出率为92.19%（P＞0.05）；64例患儿中，脑室管膜下出血39例，伴脑室内出血15例，伴脑室扩大5例，脑实质出血2例，蛛网膜下腔出血2例，硬脑膜下出血1例，脑室出血病例明显多于其他部位出血的病例；按照新生儿颅内出血分级标准，其中：I级39例，II级15例，III级5例，Ⅳ级2例。结论：利用超声诊断新生儿颅内出血，具有检出率高、无辐射、无创伤、经济性、以及可重复检查的优点，在新生儿颅内出血常规筛查中具有较高的应用价值，值得推广。

The value of cerebral ultrasound in thediagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage in newborn
【Abstract 】 Objective: To study the cerebral value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonatalintracranial hemorrhage.Methods: January 2014 to May 2015 to receive treatment in ourhospital is suspected of 120 cases with neonatal intracranial hemorrhage,ultrasound and CT examination at the same time, discusses two methods ofchecking on the detection rate of intracerebral hemorrhage, the analysis ofcomposition and sonographic findings in children with children at the sametime. Results: 120 cases of neonatal a total of 64 cases of intracerebralhaemorrhage detection，detectionrate is 53.33%; Ultrasonic detection rate was 95.31%, the CT detection rate was95.31% (P > 0.05); In 64 cases, 39 cases, ventricle tube membrane bleeding,15 cases with intraventricular hemorrhage associated with ventricular expandedin 5 cases, parenchymal hemorrhage in 2 cases, 2 cases of subarachnoidhemorrhage, subdural hemorrhage in 1 case, intraventricular hemorrhage cases significantly more than the other parts of thecases of hemorrhage; According to the classification standard neonatal intracranialhemorrhage, including: class Ⅰ39 cases, classⅡ15 cases, 5 cases, a level Ⅲ，Ⅳ level in 2 cases. Conclusion: The use of ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonatalintracranial hemorrhage, characterized by a high detection rate, no radiation,no trauma, economy, and the advantages of repeatable inspection, in neonatalintracranial hemorrhage has high application valuein the routine screening,is worthpromoting.
